It is important not to completely saturate yourself with work. Reload frequently, and remember to leave yourself open to changes that still aim at the same target. When we progress and learn things by doing them, our mental approach to things changes. Our priorities mutate accordingly. It is not that difficult to re-plan the business structure, including adding extra employees that may bring help and fresh energy to the cause. Think of the branches of a tree, which want to absorb as much light as possible through their leaves. Our mind is represented by the roots, the business is the trunk, and the branches and leaves are the employees.
